Richard Lovering has been working for Hyde Sails since the year 2000. He started sailing at the age of eleven, he began his sailing career in an optimist dinghy, and went on to be involved in Youth 420 Squad sailing and travelling to all European and World Championships.

Between the ages of eighteen and twenty-two, Richard took part in an Olympic Campaign (470's) for Atlanta 1996 and was tune up boat for John Merricks and Ian Walker.

Richard is now currently sailing SB3's, RS 700's and is involved in sailing various types of yachts.
