The Voyager Cruise range of yacht sails are built for offshore cruising.

Voyager Cruise | Mainsail

The voyager cruise mainsail is cross cut from high quality, closely woven dacron. the sail is finished to a high specification to ensure a long useful life.


HEAD - radial patch and alloy headboard with pressure slide to absorb leech loads.

Luff Reef - radial patch, stainless steel pressed ring with webbing strainers, floppy stainless reef ring.

LEECH REEF - radial patch, stainless pressed ring with webbing strainers and alloy leech line cleat.

CLEW - radial patch, stainless pressed clew ring and flattener both with webbing strainers and leech line termination with alloy cleat.

TACK - radial patch, Cunningham eye and reinforcement for first luff slide.

Voyager Cruise | Genoa

There are two alternative genoas - A cross cut sail from high quality, densely woven Dacron and a tri-radial sail cut from polyester cruising laminate. The Dacron sail is more durable and easier to maintain, the laminate holds its shape better in strong winds and is likely to give a better performance.


HEAD - Webbing loop, reinforced internally with leather to withstand wear from halliard.

FOAM LUFF INSERTS (OPTIONAL EXTRA) - Shaped to reduce fullness in the middle of the sail when reefed.

CLEW - stainless pressed ring with webbing strainer, alloy leech line cleat with back up eyelets.

TACK - Radial patch and webbing tack attachment

Voyager Race - Yacht Sails For Club and Offshore racing

The Voyager Race range is designed for those who go cruising but also participate in club and offshore races. The race mainsail is a tri-radial design in either high quality woven dacron, a cruising taffeta laminate or a performance racing laminate.

Sail Cloth Choice

  • Challenge crimpless warp - The best woven Dacron for tri-radial sails.
  • Cruise Laminate - A durable laminate consisting of high modulus Polyester yarn and two layers of taffeta sandwiched between two layers of Polyester film.
  • Performance Laminate - A laminate of high modulus Kevlar or Pentex yarns and a single layer of taffeta sandwiched between two layers of Polyester film.

These Genoas can be used with or without a furling system.



Voyager Race Gennaker

The Voyager Cruising Gennaker is designed to be set from the stem head without a pole. These sails are docile and easy to trim and will add stress free knots to your downwind progress. Voyager Gennakers are custom made to the exact dimensions of your yacht in a range of high quality Spinnaker materials - The choice of cloth weight will be based on the size of the boat and the intended use.

to the lee rail.
