Being the first sailmakers to be involved with fast skiff style boats has given us huge data with regards to apparent wind and how it affects a sail and its design. This is why we are the sailmaker of choice to all the OEM performance dinghies and keelboats out there.
All this time and experience is invaluable when it comes to designing a big Asymmetric for your large racing yacht, like a J/Boat, or say if your boat is more suited to Symmetrical spinnakers, like a Beneteau 40.7 or similar.
This does not mean you are left out if you go cruising. This knowledge is passed down to the cruising chutes where a powerful yet stable shape, that is not overly sensitive to trim or steering angle allows you to eat up the miles, without the stress of constant trimming of your sail.
