Roger Gilbert crewed by Ben McGrane continued their impressive season winning the first of the Sailjuice Winter Series events held at Draycote Water.
The pair were consistent counting all results in the top 5 on Saturday and winning the more breezy pursuit race on Sunday.
'The winter events have always been a key part of our season as we use them to maintain performance and learn going into the next year. Particularly Sunday's sort course pursuit race with 11 marks and 90 boats to negotiate gave us plenty to think about with a lot of pressure boat handling moments, varied angles of sailing and constant gear shifting to maximise speed.
